How do I book a class?

Book directly through The Hot Room 2.0 app or thehotroom.com/schedule. Select your class, location, and confirm.

How far in advance can I book?

Classes open 30 days in advance.

How often should I book classes?

As with any form of exercise, we recommend at least 2 to 3 times consistently per week to see maximum results. If you like to different varieties of workouts like weight lifting and cardio, this form of exercise is a great compliment as well.

What is the cancellation policy for classes?

Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours before class to avoid a $15 no-show or late cancel fee. If an emergency pops up, please call the studio.

How do I check in when I arrive?

Check in at the front desk. Please arrive at least 10–15 minutes early if it is your first class.

What should I bring to class?

Your fabulous self! A mat, towel, water bottle, and retail items are available in the boutique.

What if I'm new to heated fitness?

We love beginners! All of our classes are beginner-friendly. Arrive early, hydrate well with electrolytes, and take breaks when needed. Our instructors will guide you through every step of the class.

What temperature are the classes?

Classes are heated between 95–105°F with 40–50% humidity, depending on the class type. Our Yin and meditative classes tend to hover around room temperature or 80 degrees.

How early should I arrive before class starts?

Plan to arrive 10–15 minutes early to get settled and check in. Doors lock at class start time unless you call ahead. We can only provide a 5-minute grace period for client's safety through warmups.

How can I view my class history?

Open the app → Classes → Past Classes. Your dashboard also provides the number of past group classes, upcoming classes, and the number of classes in the last 30 days.

How do I join a waitlist and what happens if I get added to a class?

Join the waitlist in the app. It will show as 'Pending' and also show where you are on the waitlist. If a spot opens, you’ll be automatically added and notified by email and/or text. Please take yourself out of class if plans change so another client can take class!

Fire & Ice / Recovery

What is Fire & Ice / Recovery?

Fire & Ice combines group fitness classes + infrared sauna (heat therapy) and cold plunge (cold therapy) for the ultimate balance of recovery, immunity, and stress relief. Recovery is infrared sauna and cold therapy only.

How do I book a cold plunge and sauna session?

Book your session in the app or at the front desk under Recovery.

What should I expect on my first visit?

You’ll check in with the front desk, sign a waiver, receive a quick walkthrough, and have a guide coaching you through your first session. Sessions are typically 30–45 minutes total.

How long should I stay in the cold plunge or sauna?

Most guests start with 10–15 minutes in the sauna and 1–3 minutes in the cold plunge. Listen to your body and adjust gradually.

Can I use recovery without a Heated Fitness membership?

Yes! You can purchase standalone Recovery memberships and other packages.

What do I wear for my session?

Anything, but your birthday suit! Spandex clothing or swimsuits are recommended. Towels and clothing for any size/gender are available for rent/purchase.

Are towels provided?

Towels are provided complimentary for your first visit, otherwise they are available to rent. Please check with your location.

Yes. Parking details vary by location—please arrive 10-15 minutes early if it's your first time at the studio to get the lay of the land on parking.

Intro Offers, Packages, & Promotions

What is the best intro offer for new clients?

Our Two-Week Intro Offer (Heated Only or Fire and Ice if available) is the best way to experience The Hot Room and try all class types.

Can I purchase multiple intro offers?

Intro offers are limited to one per client.

When do intro offers activate?

Intro offers activate on the client's first visit.

Can you purchase packages on the app?

You can see all packages under 'Buy' in the app to purchase.

Do you offer seasonal sales or promotions?

Yes! Watch for Black Friday, New Year, and special seasonal events.

Memberships & Billing

How do I purchase a membership?

The app only has packages for purchase. We have a variety of options we can tailor best for you. Simply call, text, or come in person to get you all set up!

How do I freeze or pause my membership?

To pause your membership, submit a Membership Change Form at thehotroom.com/classes/membership. Please allow at least 7 days before your next bill date for processing.

How do I cancel my membership?

Cancellations must be submitted through the Membership Change Form online. Memberships require 7-day notice prior to your next billing date. Verbal or in-person requests cannot be processed.

What's included in my membership?

Each membership is outlined in your service agreement. If you have any questions, contact your studio.

What’s the difference between Fire & Ice, Recovery, and Group Fitness memberships?

• Group Fitness: Yoga, Pilates, and HIIT classes.

• Fire & Ice: Includes both group classes + access to infrared sauna and cold plunge.

• Recovery: Fire & Ice access only (no group classes).

Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership?

Yes! Submit the Membership Change Form and select the 'Change' option. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.

How do I update my payment information?

Update your card on file in the app by clicking Account, call the studio, or update in person.

What happens if my payment fails or is declined?

You’ll receive an automatic notice. Please update your card right away to avoid disruption to your membership or class access.

How can I see my next billing date?

Log into your app or Mindbody account → Profile → Passes → Autopay Details.

Do you offer student, teacher, or military discounts?

Yes! We offer discounted pricing options for students, teachers, and military personnel. Ask your studio team for details.

How do gift cards work and where can I use them?

Gift cards can be used toward classes, memberships, retail, or wellness services at any Hot Room location. They can be purchased online or in-studio.

What is your retail policy?

Any retail purchases that may need to be returned must be returned within 7 days of purchase in the same condition. Any returns will also be to account credit (not the client's account) that you can use for future purchases. Clearance items are final sale and cannot

be returned.

App & Account

How do I reset my password?

Select “Forgot Password” on the login screen. A reset link will be emailed to you. Front desk staff can also update your login info.

How do I update my contact information?

Go to Profile → Account.

How do I link my account to multiple studio locations?

Click multiple locations under the filters.

Can I manage my membership in the app?

You can view membership details and next bill date in the app. For changes, please complete the Membership Change Form at https://thehotroom.com/classes/Membership.

How do I Bring a Friend?

Book your class → Click Bring a Friend → Friend must be a first time client and member must have guest pass privileges.

How do I contact support if I have app issues?

Email [email protected] or reach out to your home studio directly.

Teaching & Safety

Are instructors CPR and First Aid certified?

Yes. All instructors are CPR and First Aid certified and trained in our safety protocols.

What should I do if I feel faint or dizzy in class?

Try lying on your back with your ankles below your knees to help promote blood circulation with deep breaths in and out. If you continue with these symptoms: Exit the room slowly, lie down, and notify the instructor or staff. Water and electrolytes will be provided as

needed.

What are the cleanliness and sanitation standards?

Studios are cleaned between every class, and all Fire & Ice equipment is sanitized before each shift.

How are recovery tubs maintained and sanitized?

Cold plunge tubs are automatically disinfected with chemicals and tested daily to meet health department standards.

Do you have beginner-friendly classes?

Yes! All classes are designed for every level. Start with Original Hot Yoga or Inferno Hot Pilates for a great foundation.

Can I take classes or Recovery sessions while pregnant?

Always consult your physician, but most women still practice group classes with us while pregnant with modifications. A regular workout routine (even in the heat) can make you pregnancy easier than you expect. Your teacher will help you with modifications.

Community Retreats & Events

How can I refer a friend?

Refer a friend with 'Bring a Friend' icon after you book a class in the app or contact the front desk! Free guest passes are only available to certain memberships and can only bring first time / local clients.

Do you host special events or workshops?

Yes! We host popup classes, workshops, events, retreats, and community challenges all throughout the year. Check the app banner in your dashboard or ask your studio.

How do I join the next challenge or retreat?
